Good morning ladies! Jessyca finally went back to school today, it hasnt warmed up a hole lot but there is no longer a wind chill advisory. We are suppose to hit a high of 10 above (wahooo!)
My dad called me yesterday, he is such a worry wart. I hadnt called there in 2 days so he was worried. Im not complaining so please dont get me wrong, Im very happy to still have my parents. No matter how much of a pain my dad can be lol He worries alot about my oldest son (Matt) being in the Navy. Everytime he calls he asks if Matt is still in the USA. Matt is thier first grandchild and only boy but he still worries about all of us like that.
If anyone is wondering about how my stop smoking is going I got to explain something, the pills Im on you take for a week while smoking, Im still in that first week so Im doing great lol My offical stop date is February 3rd (my daughters 10th birthday) How cool is that? Im still excited to stop and have a possitive attitude. I do notice that Im not liking the taste any more and seem to be smoking less of a cigarette so thats good. The reasons I want to stop are pretty simple (besides health reasons) 1. I dont want my daughter to start, I believe Matt already smokes. 2. Im tired of smelling like smoke. 3. My house stinking (good reason for me to stop in the winter or Id just go outside) 4. The price of cigarettes (YIKES!!!) And yes I have plans for the money we will save : ) Ill save that for another post lol Just that alone will save us $200 a month! Thats alot of shopping! Im talking about this to hopefully inspire someone else to stop or at least let them know its possible (not easy but possible)
I see at the top of my blogger screen that there is a scheduled outage @ 4:30pm PST. Im glad I saw that or Id be panicing, I need my blog fix! lol
Im going to keep this short. Thank you everyone who stopped by and left all those nice comments for me yesterday. Have a great day everyone!

we're totally thinking the same thing here...I want to quit too!! And you know what...we can do it!!!! I just know we can..although I did smoke a lot when I stayed home this week...but going to slow it down after I get back to work tomorrow. It's a good thing we can't smoke at work, only during our break! We'll keep in touch :)

Oh and how sweet of your dad to be so caring!!

Have a great day, Hugs!

Good luck - You can do it! :) My mom worries like your dad does, but I'm flattered that she cares and like you, blessed to have my parents. Have a great weekend!
