I had a rough night last night couldnt sleep. I finally woke up at 2 pm. Normally Jerry would have woke me up asking if I was going to sleep my day away in which I would of answer Yep! lol But he wasnt home, he had a doctors appointment. I couldnt sleep because I just had alot on my mind.
I guess we got a huge storm headed our way (or so they say) 2 feet of snow and its suppose to come fast with high winds. We will see.
I got something else I want to talk about and I hope to hear about this. My mom is handicapped (cant move her whole right side) they have help come in 3 times a week to help out my mom and give my dad a brake. Ok now one of the things we need is someone to cook and bake for my mom. She is right there and helps out if you have a question. Our family recipes are all in one book. Read the recipe and do it. How hard is that? If she wants something special for a meal she tells you what to put in and you do it. The company is having a hard time finding someone to come in and do this. Why I ask? How hard is it to listen to someone and do what they say. They might even learn how to cook and bake. Its not like our family recipes are top secret or anything. (like Bush beans lol) My dad is unable to cook nor has the paitence to listen to mom to cook, if you ask him why he says hes got so much to do (hahaha) I guess I may never understand whats up with people. I wish I lived closer to them (yes one of the things on my mind). Ill end my rant there or it will be my whole blog full.
Hey Diane! My son is in the Navy in Seatle WA. We will have a place to stay until we find our Captain!

Sorry my insomnia moved north to you. Guess it didn't get the memo that we were going west. lol. I hate the rain, but I'll let you know when I'm ready. Ok, how bout Wednesday, can't miss the season opener. I hope that the weather doesn't ground you. I can't believe that you're still getting that much snow. ugh. Hope that your parental care issues get resolved. That's gotta be quite the headache.

That does sound very frustrating. I hope it all works out.

Thanks for your nice comment on my blog!

It doesn't seem like it should be so hard to find someone to cook these things for your mom - maybe no one cooks anymore? I hope that works out well.
