Still alive

Yes I'm still alive lol I've been busy with the babies and other outside things. We did loose one baby. I don't think I was meant to have 10, started out with 10 bigger ones and hubby killed one on accident (didn't listen and left paint brush in a water bucket and she drank it) and now 10 babies and lost one. The babies are growing so fast. Seems like over night they grow. I do have pictures but need to find my cord to get them on pc. They are now getting their feathers on the tails and wings so we are trying to fly! It's sooo cute!
About the paint above:
Jerry was painting anything he could think of because he had paint that matched the house (cant have stuff near the house a different color you know) I told him to be careful where he set anything because the chickens will get into it the minute he turned his back (the warning lol) After he was done painting I walked threw the areas he had the paint and found the bucket with just water and a paint brush half cleaned. I picked it up and took care of it and thought no more about it until the next day. One of the chickens wasn't acting right. I asked Jerry if he saw her get into anything and he said nope it must be the bird flu. Huh? 1. It wouldn't get just one bird out of 10. 2. The answer was way to quick (he saw it and was thinking of a good answer) 3. It was Jerry So I lost one and the others had paint all over them. Lesson learned is not to leave Jerry alone with paint and chickens lol
