How was everyone's weekend? Ours was very busy but nice. The insurance adjuster did total our camper but Jerry bought it back. It's hard to believe how much damage a deer can do. Jerry still hasn't learned to listen to me. Yesterday he was mowing lawn and he tied up the shot so the grass could fly farther (really don't know why he did that lol) Jessyca and I were unloading the mulch that we got Saturday and being bombed with flying grass and rocks. I told him many times that he was really throwing stuff but of course what do I know? When he was done I was sitting outside looking at how great the yard looked when he walks up to me and says "I got a rock chip in the trucks windshield." I said "Hmmm how did that happen? Maybe Jessyca and I threw the mulch to far!" lol At least it wasn't my van or the poor camper lol
As I said we got a truck load of mulch on Saturday to put around the pond and I decided the house too. We ran out before getting all the way around the house (thank god that stuff is HEAVY) We will still need at least one more truck load and I hope he is around to get it out of the truck!
We (Jessyca and I) had graduation party on Saturday also but we were later then I thought because of Jerry's quick trip to town that turned into 4 hours lol We got the mulch and went to WalMart to get more things for the camper. I got towels, first aid kit, tackle box and tackle, pillows, measuring cups and a few other things I can't think of right now lol The tackle box is for Jessyca, she wants to start fishing! Im more excited at her wanting to fish then I think she is lol I grew up fishing and can't wait to show her all the fun things that go along with it. Of course Jerry is playing dumb on his knowledge but that's ok us girls can do it! The party was very nice but I missed alot of people that I wanted to see but seen others that I hadn't even thought of! Jessyca enjoyed playing with all the kids there.
Well I think I yacked your eyes of enough for today. I hope you all have a wonderful Monday!

Who knew mulching could be so dangerous, lol! :) I tried to mulch some this weekend, but as soon as I broke out the wheelbarrow, it started raining. At least I didn't have to contend with flying debris. :)
Sounds like a busy WE, it was also my son graduating party! glad you had a nice time at yours! :)

My youngest daughter just went fishing for the first time last weekend - she loved it! But my eldest? She fishes with her dad quite a bit and hates every single second of it. But she doesn't say anything because it's "bonding" time with her dad and I have to say, I'm proud of her for doing it. Although I tend to agree with my eldest ... even the thought of touching a fish or, *GASP* a worm, gives me the willies. Ewwww.
We have to get the mulching done around here too!!! sounds like you had lots of fun..{not}....have a great day kiddo.....{{HUGS}}
Wanta come and do my gardening and mulch? My poor flowerbed has been sadly neglected since we got the camper and I'm never home on weekends. Sounds like the party was nice, sorry you didn't get to see everyone you wanted to. Not much going on over here in my neck of the woods. But I wanted to stop by and say hi since I couldn't do so from work yesterday. Have a great day!
