Where did Saturday go? I got most of the fish tank clean and went to load the tank and I couldn't carry it myself that far. This tank is huge!! So that didn't get done until hubby can home but then it was time for supper so I didn't deliver it. I did get the house picked up but its destroyed already : ( Part of the reason for that is this morning. I went into the kitchen to get a fresh cup of coffee and I heard munch crunch munch! Ok I thinking what is that so I follow the noise and guess what runs out at me? A flippin mouse! I hate mice period. They are ok else where and at a long distance but not feet from me, I screamed and ran lol I pull out the frig from on a chair, armed with only a broom and a dog hehe Bert loves to hunt and if it for a mouse hey nothing wrong with that in his book. I did call Jerry and he said put out a trap, yeah right and put my face down there, no way! I moved the chair back into the living room and grabbed my camera lol I took pictures of Bert hunting the mouse!
Anywho I ended up pulling the frig out (dust bunny galore) and ripping my room apart because Bert said it was in there lol We never did find it YET I will be hunting that little guy down and removing him from my home!
Our weather has changed big time. All the snow is melting and its not cold! Above 40 here. Ok I'm going to go, I just had to share my hunting story. I hope you got a giggle out of it or I made someones day. Have a great day.

OMGosh a mouse! Ugh, we had a problem in our basement a few years ago... took forever to get the whole family who'd decided to move in! We learned a lot about the different traps available that year, lol. The spring activated ones work for adults, but the babies weren't heavy enough to set it off so we had to use the sticky traps for them. But the sticky ones don't work for adults 'cause they're big enough to work their way out. Such a pain! Good luck finding it, and hopefully it's only the one! Have a great weekend, what's left anyways... lol!
I totally hate mice getting into the house. We have a huge field out our back door so I always have to be aware when the dogs are coming in. One year I had a preggers mouse and then her babies. Had to use the sticky traps as the spring ones wouldn't work. I really dislike the sticky ones cuz I swear I could hear them scream when they got stuck. But they worked. Hope your's is gone without much effort.
Where's a cat when you need one? lol
And isn't it amazing how heavy water gets?
Get you some decon gal, the mouse will find it and you won't have to worry anymore :)
I'm so glad I talked my kids out of getting a mouse this summer. Instead, they got hamsters, which aren't much different but they're large enough and slow enough that I can tell myself they aren't rodents. Unfortunately, I doubt my cat would be of any use if we had a mouse problem. We've shown her the hamsters and she just turns her nose up and walks away - very quickly! lol
Mice.....ewwwwwwwwww!
I'm with diane we have a field right behind us and I think we got a field mice in my stinkin "new house" my dh is PO big time, we bought some sticky traps and were waiting to see if it gets stuck to it, the pics are too cute! TFS
Oh no a mouse!!! I hope you find it. I hate them too. Last winter our cat had caught 3 of them and I could share a few stories. LOL So far our kitten has caught one and we were able to get rid of it. I hope you have a great week and that it's mouse free LOL :D
