$1000 and counting

Our bank was hacked into and they got hubby's debit card info. So far we have lost $1000 and counting. My brother in law and nephew's info was also taken, brother in law has lost over $1000 and nephew has lost $600 and both are still growing along with ours. How can people be so mean and uncaring? Our Christmas will not be because we hadn't got any presents yet and there is no money now. We all will get that money back but it takes time and with Christmas only 15 days away well time isn't something we have. I guess when it rains it pours!
Today is also Matthew's 21st birthday, haven't been able to get a hold of him yet but I hope he has a safe and wonderful birthday.
