So not ready!

Hello everyone! How are you all today? I'm so not ready for today. This not sleeping is catching up with me, my brain isn't working worse than normal today. What do you do when you can't sleep to help you get to sleep? Any help is appreciated! While I was a wake last night (2 or 3 am) I heard the coyotes howling and they were oh so close to the house. It freaked me out for some reason. I've lived in the country most of my life (like 35 years) Any way, it's another beautiful day here in Wisconsin but by Friday they are calling for rain and snow mixed. It's so not wanted!
Last night I was looking at the Wisconsin's page of child to adopt. It's something I've been thinking about for a long time. There wasn't as many kids as I thought there would be (which is good) My heart so goes out to them. In 90% or more of them in their short bios they want a "forever home" I believe I only saw 2 babies there and they were in one family (you take all 4) Oh how I'd love to have the room for them. How nice would it be to be able to keep them together? I'd be running to get all of them if I had the room. My search for for children aged 0 to 17 yeas of age. I'm positive I will be doing adoption I just don't know when and how many, if we are still here I can only take one : ( Each one had a picture of the child (or children if they were siblings) a short background with details about them (likes, dislikes, type of family needed and such) All of the ones I looked had some "problems from their pasts" Here is my problem with that statement Who hasn't had problems in the past? I know when I was young I was a handful (bless my parents!) I don't think they should be judged on that, people do and that's why they are consider hard to adopt. What child don't need structure, guidance, boundaries, a loving and understanding family? I just don't get why people won't adopt these children. When hubby gets home I will be talking more to him about starting the process. I'll show him pictures and the big teddy bear will melt hehehe
Speaking of the big teddy bear pain in my behind when not working, got to love him (lol) I promise a few days ago some pictures of him playing lumber jack and my trees so here we go.

The willow tree ones above are hard to see, Ill be getting new ones soon! Thank you for listening and have a great Wednesday!

I think it is absolutely wonderful that you are considering adopting through the state system. I think these children are overlooked far to often and they deserve a chance at having a family just as much as anyone else. :)
